Zanro(PC)

Zanro is a retro-style platformer designed to be challenging yet fun. There's 103 total levels, 90 are for the main game, 13 are challenge stages. The soundtrack was composed and created by Drackyvibes, the soundtrack comes to a total of 18 unique tracks each giving their own bop and style, whilst keeping a consistency across them all that delivers a recognizable tone outside of the game.

The gameplay within itself is designed to be easy to understand, difficult to master, the controls however are designed to be very easy to grasp, only having four buttons. You will travel across 6 distinct worlds, them being a mix of unique to this game and inspired by others - First world being the techno world, an easy world that's designed to ease the player into the platforming of the game, never bringing any difficult gimmiks, only bringing simple enemies into the mix. Next you have the sand world, the world brings in it's own obsticals, but not as many enemies, the main danger throughout these stages is you the player as one mistake in your movement may just end you. Following The sand world is the lava world where now it's a race to the end of every level as lava slowly yet quickly rises from beneath your feet. The following world calms things down, the forest world has the player jumping across trees and dodging birds. Things then pickup in the ice world, here everything is slightly slick, but that's not your biggest threat as there's explosive snowman and a species of yeti that lurks withing the blinding blizzards. And finally the dark world, a world where everything is always moving, the ground is always moving up and down, a deadly border is always swaying different directions in a means to stop the player from progressing.
